Dual-Impeller Leaching Agitation Tank
The dual-impeller leaching agitation tank is a mixing vessel installed after grinding and classification in a gold extraction circuit. It keeps ore slurry and leaching reagent in full contact to dissolve gold into solution.
Technical parameters
In CIL or CIP configurations, the tanks are arranged in series. This machine sits between the grinding thickener and the adsorption stage, providing the residence time needed for effective gold dissolution.
The parameter table lists tank diameter, height, effective volume, motor power, and equipment weight for each model. Larger-diameter tanks hold more slurry and require higher motor power. Refer to the model code format SJ-diameter-×-height to identify the approximate dimensions of each unit.

What decides the selection
To select the right tank model, define the required slurry flow rate and the leaching retention time needed for your ore type. The number of tanks in series, pulp density, and particle size distribution all influence the effective volume per tank.
