Feeding Equipment
Bar Vibrating Feeder
The bar vibrating feeder delivers run-of-mine ore to the primary crusher while simultaneously screening out fine material. Its grizzly bars allow undersize to bypass the crusher, reducing unnecessary comminution and wear on downstream equipment.
Technical parameters
Installed directly before the primary crusher, it absorbs impact from truck- or loader-dumped feed. It smooths the material flow, preventing surge loads that could compromise crusher performance.
The table lists six models that differ in chute dimensions, maximum feed size, feed capacity, motor power, overall dimensions, and weight. Each model, such as ZSW9538, scales these characteristics for different throughput and feed size requirements. The model code reflects the chute width and length in decimetres. Matching these parameters to the required duty and installation constraints is essential.
| Model | Chute Dimensions (mm) | Maximum Feed Size (mm) | Feed Capacity (t/h) | Motor Power (kW) | Dimensions (mm) | Weight (kg) (Excluding Motor and Oil Station) |

Standard-model catalogue figures. Actual capacity, power draw and wear life shift with ore properties, feed gradation and circuit conditions. Use them to shortlist, then confirm the duty by testwork, flowsheet calculation and a written confirmation from the manufacturer.
What decides the selection
Before a model can be specified, define the maximum lump size, bulk density, and required feed rate. Consider the moisture and clay content of the ore, as sticky material may affect bar spacing needs. Verify the hopper opening and the crusher's feed opening to ensure compatibility.
