Dry Ball Mill
The Xinhai dry ball mill grinds ore in a dry environment after the crushing and drying stages. Steel balls inside the rotating drum break down feed material to a fine product suitable for downstream dry beneficiation or direct use.
Technical parameters
This mill sits in the grinding stage of the comminution circuit, between crushing and dry classification or product handling. It avoids water addition, which simplifies infrastructure and suits water-scarce operations or ores that react with moisture.

What decides the selection
Before selecting a dry ball mill model, define your ore’s Bond work index, target product size, and required throughput. Confirm whether the circuit is open or closed, as this influences the required mill size. Also specify feed moisture and any material handling constraints that might affect the drying stage preceding the mill.
