Trough Wash Machine

The Xinhai trough wash machine scrubs clay, coatings and fine impurities from granular non-metallic mineral feeds. It uses a rotating shaft with angled flights that lift and tumble the material through a water bath, producing a clean, washed product ready for downstream separation stages.

Technical parameters

It follows a wet screen or crusher and sits ahead of classification, magnetic separation or flotation. Removing clay early protects downstream equipment from blinding and reduces reagent consumption.

The CXK series is offered in multiple sizes to suit a range of throughputs and feed dimensions. Larger internal length and width correspond to higher production capacity and coarser feed tolerance. Machine inclination and installed power scale with the scrubbing intensity needed for the specific ore type and contamination level.
