Three-Way Reversing Valve
The Xinhai three-way reversing valve diverts abrasive slurry flow between two discharge lines. It installs downstream of a slurry pump and upstream of the target equipment, alternating feed without shutting down the pump.
Technical parameters
This valve handles tailings, concentrate and process water lines where a single pump serves two destinations. Its design avoids dead-end pockets that would trap solids when the valve changes position.
The table lists 11 models by nominal pressure and dimensions. Higher-pressure models suit deep installations and long lines. Bolt hole centre distance changes with valve size; match your piping flange standard. Select the pressure rating first, then check dimensions.

Standard-model catalogue figures. Actual capacity, power draw and wear life shift with ore properties, feed gradation and circuit conditions. Use them to shortlist, then confirm the duty by testwork, flowsheet calculation and a written confirmation from the manufacturer.
What decides the selection
Before selecting a reversing valve, confirm the maximum working pressure of the slurry line, including transient surges. Define the pipe diameter and flange standard so the connection dimensions match. Provide the slurry solids content and particle size distribution, as these influence seat material choice and the need for flushing ports. State whether the valve will cycle under load or isolate during maintenance.
