Cone-Bottom Agitation Tank
The cone-bottom agitation tank conditions mineral slurry with reagents ahead of flotation or leaching circuits. Its conical floor eliminates dead zones where coarse solids could settle, keeping the full tank volume active and preventing sanding.
Technical parameters
A central impeller driven by a motor mounted above the tank creates strong pulp circulation. Reagents and pulp mix intimately within the vessel, improving downstream process stability and metallurgical response.
