Crushing Equipment
Jaw Crusher
The jaw crusher uses a movable jaw that applies compressive force, splitting and bending to break rock against the fixed jaw. It is an intermittent crushing process driven by an eccentric shaft.
Technical parameters
In a typical circuit, PE series models serve as primary crushers handling run-of-mine rock. PEX series units operate as secondary crushers, reducing primary product to a size suitable for milling or further processing.
The performance ranges shown in the table are aggregated from the full catalogue model list. They do not represent parameters achievable by any single unit at the same time. Actual capacity depends on the specific model selected and the duty conditions. Buyers should select a model by matching feed size, required capacity, and operating conditions to the individual specification sheet, not by treating the range as a guarantee.

Standard-model catalogue figures. Actual capacity, power draw and wear life shift with ore properties, feed gradation and circuit conditions. Use them to shortlist, then confirm the duty by testwork, flowsheet calculation and a written confirmation from the manufacturer.
What decides the selection
Before a specific model can be fixed, define the maximum feed lump size, required product size range, and target throughput. Confirm the ore’s compressive strength, abrasiveness, and moisture content, as these influence liner life and capacity. Provide the available motor voltage and space constraints for the installation. This ensures the selected crusher matches the duty without over- or under-sizing.
