XHCV Hydrocyclone
The XHCV Hydrocyclone from Xinhai Mining employs centrifugal force to separate fine particles from coarser fractions in mineral slurries. Installed downstream of a grinding mill, it returns underflow for regrinding while sending correctly sized material forward to concentration. The unit handles classification, dewatering, and desliming duties. Its design operates across feed pressures and densities, suiting circuits that require a controlled split point.
Technical parameters
The model table lists processing capacity, classification size, overflow and underflow port diameters, and inlet pressure. Larger models offer higher throughput and coarser cuts. Selection depends on matching the cyclone diameter and pressure drop to the required cut point and volumetric flow.

Before choosing a model, define the target classification size and expected slurry flow rate. Confirm the available feed pressure and the solids concentration the cyclone will receive. Also consider the particle size distribution and desired circulating load.
